Justin Hendrickson
Director of Wisconsin Sales
With over 15 years of lighting experience, Justin Hendrickson brings a NCQLP Lighting Certification and 9 years experience as a lighting designer, servicing the design community as a manufacturers rep the last 6 years. With a background and passion for architecture and interior design, Justin is able to fill the roles of educator and fellow designer for his customers. Justin states, “The most rewarding portions of my career are assisting in projects coming to life. It was something I was proud of as a consultant and equally as proud as an agent.”
During his time away from the office, Justin enjoys spending it with his wife and two daughters. Being an avid outdoorsman and a native Wisconsinite, he also enjoys hiking, camping, upland hunting and golfing in his free time.
Michael Simonson
Madison Contractor/Distributor Sales
Michael Simonson brings 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, spending the majority of that period as a project manager, providing him the skill set to understand the needs of both contractors and distributors. For the past 3 years, Michael has worked in sales for a lighting agency.
Michael currently resides in Verona, WI where he stays busy running his two kids to their sporting events and activities. He also loves mountain biking and kayaking
Dave Huber
Milwaukee Contractor/Distributor Sales
Dave Huber has been servicing the Wisconsin lighting market for over 12 years and is lighting certified with the NCQLP. That and his background in Urban Planning and Architecture provides ample knowledge to assist his clients through any lighting challenges. Dave is also active in the IES Milwaukee Chapter and was Chapter President during the 2019/2020 season.
Originally from Madison, Dave enjoys mountain biking, duck and upland hunting, fishing and anything outdoors. He now resides in Franklin with his wife and 3 children.
Nick Pucci
Controls Sales
With 5.5 years of lighting agency experience, Nick Pucci has serviced the markets through many avenues, from customer service and project management, to his most current roles of quotations and controls support. With previous IT experience, Nick looks forward to learning how the latest lighting controls technology adopt strategies from the IT market so he can educate our customers.
Nick spends his time away from the agency with his son, home improvement projects and playing darts.
Jamie Napolitano
Project Manager
Jamie Napolitano provides over 20 years of customer service experience to the team, the last 6 of those years at a lighting agency. Jamie stated, “Being a lighting rep is the most rewarding experience in my career. I live and breathe customer service”. She enjoys the challenge of a problem and being integral to the solution for customers. She embraces the philosophy of doing right for both the customer and project.
Jamie occupies her free time playing pool and hanging out with friends and family.
Christopher Klein
Quotations Specialist
Christopher Klein has 6 years experience with a local lighting agency, during that time servicing customers in roles from Account Service Coordinator, to Quotations Specialist and lastly, Quotations Manager. His primary focus has always been the customer and what was needed to create a positive experience; couple that with his degree in Architectural Studies from UW-Milwaukee, Christopher is a valuable asset to our customers.
Christopher grew up on his parents' dairy farm in Platteville, Wisconsin. He moved to Milwaukee to attend college in 2003 and has been in the city ever since. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf, and riding his vintage motorcycle.
Dave Mantey
Applications Engineer
Dave Mantey comes to JTH from a consulting engineering and lighting applications background, serving most recently as an Applications Engineer at a local agency.
Dave was born and raised in the Milwaukee area. He graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2012 with a B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering with an electrical specialty. In his free time, you'll find him in his garage shop working on cars/motorcycles, tinkering with 3D printing & graphic design or spending time with friends and family.
